Welcome to this new build (December 2023). The owners circumstances have changed since starting this project and would like to offer this for your holiday home! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
It is a 2 minute walk to the beautiful botanical gardens and a 2 minute car ride to the lake front.

At one side of the lounge is the master with ensuite and at the other end of the house are bedrooms 2 and 3.
Please note there isn’t a garden to speak of and it is not fully fenced.
The entire property is available for guest use except the garage.
There is a lift that services the kitchen from the garage – this is not available for guest use because of there not being any access to the garage.
You’ll note on the front view photos that the landscaper is still working his magic. There is a bit of a climb to the front steps so if any of your guests are of limited mobility you may want to consider if this property is suitable.
A path and railing will be installed but as of today (07/12/2023) I don’t have a time frame for this yet.
